From Luxury Fashion to Real Estate

Before real estate, Carolinne worked on the business side of New York's luxury fashion world for brands including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Burberry. She returned to Los Angeles to join Boxer Property Management, a national commercial real estate firm, where she represented the company across California.

She joined Nourmand & Associates' Beverly Hills office as a private client advisor for commercial and estates, drawn to its boutique, full-service approach to luxury real estate. Her $6,650,000 sale of a Brentwood Park estate reflects her ability to bridge residential and commercial expertise, and she continues to advise clients on acquisitions, asset management and leasing for high-end retail and office space.
